Go Figment Shipping Policy
At Go Figment, we're passionate about getting your collectibles to you safely and fairly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States)
We offer free shipping on select items to customers in the lower 48 states. Look for the "Free Shipping" label on qualifying products. Standard shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Our Collectible Condition Guarantee
We take pride in shipping every item in the condition it's listed. If your order arrives with damage beyond normal transit wear — such as crushed packaging, broken figures, or significant cosmetic defects not present at the time of shipment — we'll make it right.
- If the item is in stock: We'll exchange it for an equivalent item in the same condition.
- If the item is out of stock: We'll accept a full return for a refund.
To initiate a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. This guarantee applies to items damaged in transit or misrepresented at the time of sale — it does not cover normal package wear, minor shelf wear consistent with the item's listed condition, or damage caused after delivery.
This guarantee applies to domestic (contiguous U.S.) orders only. International orders are not eligible due to the complexities of international transit and customs handling.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada and most countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Pirate Ship, and rates are calculated by package weight at checkout.

Package Size Limits
Our international shipping accommodates most standard action figure packaging. Maximum dimensions are 22" per side for packages under 4 lbs, and 31" per side with a 54" girth limit for packages 4–20 lbs. For oversized or unusually large items, we'll reach out before shipping to discuss options.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
